The plating line incorporates an efficient counterflow rinse system with thorough air wiping after each rinse, resulting in minimal water and chemical consumption, as well as effluent treatment costs reduction. 

For environmentally conscious solutions, the plant offers an optional vacuum evaporator, enabling wastewater-free operations. Additionally, Candor provides complete systems with pay-off and take-up functionalities, streamlining the entire process.
