FIB Belgium’s diffusion fluidized beds chosen (again) by esteemed Korean wire manufacturer

FIB Belgium is pleased to announce that Kiswire has once again selected its diffusion fluidized bed technology for upgrading the current equipment at two companies, Kiswire Szentgotthard Hungary and Kiswire Qingdao PRC.

This technology developed by FIB Belgium has already demonstrated its flexibility over decades, excelling in efficiently handling various wire sizes simultaneously and maintaining a user-friendly operation. Diffusion fluidized beds, which are widely used in tire cord production, can process up to 60 wires simultaneously on a large scale. For smaller productions, it is possible to choose FIB induction furnaces. It is important to highlight that FIB Belgium has developed both electricity and gas solutions for all steel wire heat treatment technologies, emphasizing the adaptability for a sustainable, long-term choice for end-users.
