GF-ELTI, a historical company based in Bergamo and active in the steel plant industry, supplies bell / double combinable bell furnaces for the heat treatment of semi-finished products.

Characterized by a maximum operating temperature of about 1,250 °C, this type of plant boasts variable reheating and cooling gradients depending on the customer's needs and allows excellent temperature uniformity.

Bell / double combinable furnaces are typically composed of:
- quadrangular or rectangular muffle;
- door / guillotine doors (reclining, for double combinable furnaces);
- fixed hearth;
- flat vault;
- refractory linings;
- combustion system;
- electrothermal control equipment.

The double combinable bell furnaces can be used either independently or coupled, thus creating a single furnace with increased loading length and thermal capacity, capable of processing semi-finished products of greater dimensions.
The plants are equipped with GF-ELTI cold air or auto-recuperative high speed and fixed power burners, and managed by PLC.

According to the customer's needs, this type of plant can be designed and manufactured in compliance with the following international standards: API 6A, ASTM A991, AMS 2750, NADCAP, NORSOK, M-650, ABS.
