GF-ELTI supplies bogie furnaces for the heat treatment of semi-finished products, capable of reaching a maximum operating temperature of about 1,250 °C.

The company's plants are able to achieve excellent temperature uniformity and are designed entirely according to the requirements of the customer. Through the technique of modular prefabrication it is possible to considerably speed up assembly and installation times, limiting the preparation of foundations to a minimum.

GF-ELTI bogie furnaces typically consist of:
- quadrangular or rectangular muffle;
- mobile hearth (bogie);
- guillotine door;
- flat vault;
- refractory and insulating linings;
- combustion plant;
- electrothermal control equipment.

These furnaces are equipped with GF-ELTI cold air or auto-recuperative burners characterized by high speed and fixed power.

According to the customer's needs, this type of plant can be designed and manufactured in compliance with the following international standards: API 6A, ASTM A991, AMS 2750, NADCAP, NORSOK, M-650, ABS.
