Heat treatment

GF-ELTI, a historical company from Bergamo (Italy), offers roller hearth furnaces with controlled atmosphere (BAF - Bright Annealing Furnace) for the heat treatment of bars, tubes, and other semi-finished products.

Designed exactly according to the types of treatment required by the customer, these plants have a maximum operating temperature of about 1,100 °C, excellent temperature uniformity, and variable reheating and cooling gradients.
The charge is thermally treated thanks to the action of GF-ELTI auto-recuperative burners with radiant tubes, arranged along the side walls of the furnace chamber. This type of burner is characterized by a straight radiant tube and a flame guide tube inside.
Moreover, thanks to modular prefabrication techniques, assembly and installation times are reduced to a minimum.
