Flux dryers for galvanized wire production lines

n

Drying the flux is normally achieved using:

a) Hot Air Dryer
b) Exhaust Air Dryer (TF galvanizer)
c) Turbo Air Dryer

With rising fuel and electricity costs as well as space constraints within existing factories, the much simpler Turbo Air Dryer is becoming a preferred choice.

The system uses a turbo blower to provide the air pressure. Two solid blocks of PVC are drilled to allow the threading of wires and air passage. Ceramic inserts are screwed into the PVC for protection, and a top cover welded to the block to provide fume containment.
A containment tank fabricated of PVC or fiberglass resin is located below the PVC wiping block to ensure that the corrosive flux material is safely collected for disposal or re-use.
