Project Management
For single supplier turnkey projects, l.C.E. can offer reliable project management services. Including routine reports and photographic progress reports to guarantee the smooth progress from design to production.

Training and Service
Included with most l.C.E. installations is the on-site training of your personnel for the operation of all equipment provided.

A team of l.C.E. service personnel is available at all times to provide timely and professional service no matter where our equipment is in operation.

Maintenance Schedules
One key to cost savings in a modern production line is to reduce the lost production time due to maintenance, broken wires and shut down requirements.

Anticipated Maintenance
In the normal l.C.E. production line, the following scheduled maintenance is generally anticipated:

- Normally requirements tor water fill, acid fill, zinc fill, etc (and drains) can be completed while the production line is in full operation.
- The scheduled maintenance period (annual) includes concurrent labour on all items in the production line. This will normally be a 2-week period.
- For labour of less than one day, one day has been indicated in the above table.
- Sub supply items provided with l.C.E. equipment will have individual maintenance schedules, which will not normally etlect continuous operation of the line.
- Excluding the 2-week shut down period, properly maintained equipment will generally operate with only 1% - 2% of lost production to wire breaks and unscheduled repairs.
