ICMI to secure leading position in the aluminum industry with a new delivery

ICMI Forni Industriali, boasting over 30 years of experience in furnace and heating system manufacture, is proud to consolidate its leadership position in the industry by delivering two aluminum coil heat treatment furnaces with a capacity of 36 tons each.

The furnaces, commissioned by a renowned international client in this specific sector, can reach a maximum operating temperature of 650°C through customizable heating ramps, ensuring top-tier performance tailored to specific treatment requirements.

Heating is achieved indirectly through burners fueled by preheated air, installed in radiant tubes. The integrated recuperator preheats the incoming air to the burner, enhancing combustion efficiency. Additionally, an automation system oversees and integrates the entire process with the company's supervisory system.



These types of plants are designed and built in compliance with the required regulatory standards and the furnace class specified by the customer.
