ICMI’s historic presence at the fair: tube heat treatment in the spotlight
With a consolidating presence of over 15 years, the Tube exhibition in Düsseldorf is a must-attend event for ICMI Forni Industriali, an Italy-based company specializing in furnace and heating system production.
As a key player in the European landscape, ICMI Forni Industriali manufactures industrial furnaces - with and without a protective atmosphere - for the relevant sectors of the event.
- Carbon steel tube: continuous furnaces for bright annealing and normalization treatment;
- Stainless steel tube: fully automated heat treatment lines consisting of batch furnaces, tanks, and loading machines for the solution treatment of stainless steel tubes;
- Wire and wire rod: bell furnaces with respective bases, continuous, and batch furnaces.
ICMI Forni Industriali supplements its offerings with accessory machinery like loading and unloading systems, atmosphere generators, and all essentials for delivering turnkey automated lines.
The company has recently completed the installation of a batch furnace in a protective atmosphere for wire rod treatment. Simultaneously, it's developing a continuous furnace for bright annealing and normalization. This furnace will include automatic loading and unloading systems, along with an exothermic atmosphere generator, for a top global tube producer.
