Seal Quench lines for heat treatment
Furnaces for carbo nitriding, quenching & tempering
IVR’s experience, combined with continuous research and the great flexibility of its Seal Quench and heat treatment plants, allows the company to address specific production requirements.
These furnaces can operate completely automatically without interruptions. The entire heat treatment process can be carried out within the line: annealing, carbonitriding, oil or salt or polymer quenching, pre-post washing, tempering, cryogenic, and nitriding.
The SQ plant equipment, being gas tight, work with the following atmospheres, Nitrogen, nitrogen-methanol, or Endogas and NH3. The equipment cooling system can be designed without water cooling solutions, making them safer and more reliable. The equipment in the plants can be heated electrically or gas. Additional advantages of these solutions are precise carbon potential control and excellent temperature accuracy. SQ are available in two configurations: single-chamber (in/out) or multi-chamber (pass-through).
An additional supported feature is remote control using new technologies, code detection systems, and camera monitoring. These modern systems facilitate the integration of furnaces and lines in Industry 4.0 management.
IVR also offers a selection of other machines to complement the SQ Line based on customer needs, including tempering/annealing furnaces with operating temperatures at 450°C/500°C/750°C/900°C, with or without controlled atmosphere; nitriding furnaces; cryogenic furnaces; industrial washing machines; single or multi-level loading and unloading systems; single or multi-level storage with testing bays.
