New horizontal enamelling line at wire 2018 in Düsseldorf

Newtech is proud to present the new versions of the line DIFFERENT, specific for the enamelling of rectangular wires for electric motors and for large round wires.

The new DIFFERENT lines are:

> RH 015: for rectangular wires of 0.1 - 1.50 mm2
> RH 045: for rectangular wires from 0.8 - 4.50 mm2
> RR 150: for round wires from 1.50 - 3.00 mm (copper) 2.00 - 3.50 mm (aluminum)

DIFFERENT lines have the same production quality produced for the same sections by vertical enamelling lines but at a much lower cost thanks to the reduction of installation and management costs and to their improved performances.

DIFFERENT machines offer a reduction in installation time, as the plug & play lines are already complete with wiring and piping.
The easy management of Different systems and an operator-friendly software make it possible for the operator to keep several lines under control.
Low energy consumption further reduces the production costs.

DIFFERENT plants, that have been available in NEWTECH's production since 2014, count several units installed at highly reputable European and extra-European customers.
