Horizontal copper wire enameling lines

With more than two decades of experience in the wire field, Newtech has developed a specific series of horizontal enameling machines for non-ferrous conductors.

The “SMART” product range consists of complete lines: some of them are dedicated to copper wires, while others are specifically intended for aluminum wires.

The series for copper wires include:

SMART H05-CU – for Ø0.05 mm to Ø0.12 mm copper wires;

SMART H10-CU – for Ø0.10 mm to Ø0.25 mm copper wires;

SMART H16-CU – for Ø0.16 mm to Ø0.40 mm copper wires;

SMART H20-CU – for Ø0.20 mm to Ø0.50 mm copper wires;

SMART H30-CU – for Ø0.30 mm to Ø0.80 mm copper wires;

SMART H50-CU – for Ø0.50 mm to Ø1.25 mm copper wires;

SMART H100-CU – for Ø1.00 mm to Ø1.60 mm copper wires.
