Industrial furnaces: Sabe Forni ends a successful 2018 and looks to the future

2018 ended with the simultaneous delivery of two new industrial furnaces for customized heat treatments, designed and produced by the Italian company Sabe Forni. It was a double challenge successfully won, aimed at efficiency, energy savings and compliance with important delivery dates for both customers.

One plant was designed for the treatment of braking elements in the rail transport sector, the other for the treatment of armored heating elements in a controlled atmosphere.

Both industrial furnaces belong to industrial sectors already included in Sabe Forni’s background, which also covers plants for the heat treatment of radiators, screws, fittings and precision mechanical components, solenoid valve coils, electrical contacts, motorcycle frames, resistances for different applications and granite and marble processing tools. As well as the sectors of renewable energy, automotive, ammunition and not least agriculture.

Each furnace has been customized according to the needs of the end user, in order to meet their requirements. For this reason, 2019 begins with a large production Gantt, which reflects the growth trend of Sabe Forni.
