Yet another achievement for SO.TEC: a new plant recently installed

A customer in the cold forming industry recently commissioned SO.TEC for a new oil mist treatment installation. The plant will be operational soon, with a total capacity of 60,000 + 60,000 m3/h.

Oil mists are clouds of micro-particles of oil that are deposited, forming dangerous residues. These residues are formed during some industrial processing such as heat treatments, hot forming of some metals, and other processes that entail the formation of oil fumes.

These particles are extremely toxic and - if inhaled - can cause damage to the body organism, but not only that, even to sensitive electrical circuits in plants. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct proper air filtration to ensure a clean separation of oil particles from clean air.
