Industrial dedusting plants for dry tumbling

Dry tumbling is a mechanical surface finishing process.

It is typically used for the mechanical removal of substrate residues (particularly burrs) resulting from processes like forging or casting. It is particularly suitable for giving a surface finish to a large number of small parts.

It is carried out by placing the parts inside a tumbler together with a suitable abrasive material.

For this particular sector SO.TEC proposes two types of filtration systems:

- FMK25 dedusting cassette filter
- Atex FMKZ25 and FKZ25 dust filters
