Hydraulic draw kit

KTF is a very compact draw bench designed to process semi-finished tubes or bars with a maximum total length of 1.5 meters, ready for turning or rolling. It ensures high-quality standards and accuracy of the final product. The KTF hydraulic draw kit is technologically advanced, utilizing top-level components and patented innovative design solutions. Its truck carries pliers that are perfectly aligned with the hole of the drawn piece, preventing any bending effects on the metal structure.

The traction speed is fixed, and the bench is extremely easy to use, thanks to a joystick on the control panel that allows the operator to manage every step of the process. Jaw replacement is quick and simple, using a fast anchorage system.

KTF is highly compact and features a tapering machine that reduces the diameter of the tubes using a hydraulic pliers system. Activation is controlled via a foot pedal switch.
