Single-looped bale ties: the new solution for space optimization and improved storage

Did you know that single-looped bale ties can offer maximum safety, reliability, and savings thanks to production with robotic systems and packaging that's convenient for handling and storage?

We're talking about looped wire, engineered by Bottaro, the Italian company that has been producing wire for packaging presses since 1956.
The quality of Bottaro's single-looped bale ties is ensured by fully automated production through a unique machine worldwide, designed and built internally by the company. After years of research and development, Bottaro has achieved the ideal technological solution to improve the production process and maximize the quality of looped wire.

The plant allows for the production of eyeleted wire bars with perfect characteristics thanks to the use of robots and sensors along the entire production line, which monitor every millimeter of wire, including the eyelet, thus guaranteeing the quality of the wire and its reliability.

In addition to high performance, the single-looped bale ties, available in lengths ranging from a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 230 inches, are packaged rolled on pallets with XSystem2, an ecological and safe system developed by Bottaro for the handling of wire.

This packaging method has been designed to optimize work and ensure the safety of operators. Ordering single-looped bale ties rolled on XSystem2 and positioned on pallets allows for optimizing storage space and simplifying loading, handling, and unloading operations, both for road transport and for sea transport with containers.

Furthermore, compared to the product packaged in bundles and placed on pallets (with a length of about 5 meters), single-looped bale ties rolled on XSystem2 facilitate unloading and storage operations, increasing worker safety and reducing unloading times.

All of these elements contribute to greater work efficiency, both in terms of the time spent by operators and the reduction of energy waste. Finally, positioning via XSystem2 allows for picking up bundles of 20 kg of single-looped bale ties without bending down, avoiding movements harmful to health and the risk of tangling the wire with others.
