The renovated Demasteel's warehouse marks an important step towards operational efficiency and sustainable resource management. Covering a 2000 square meters total area, with 200 square meters dedicated to offices, the warehouse has undergone several significant upgrades, including the roof replacement and the installation of a photovoltaic system.

Automated and compactable warehouse

 Inside the warehouse, a compactable automated storage system has been installed, an advanced technology that allows for storing up to 1000 tons of material on special carriages. The optimization of space and inventory reduces material access times and ensures greater operational flexibility.

Additionally, the provision of a second section of the warehouse will allow for future expansion of automation in that area.

Wire and bars ready for delivery

 Demasteel offers a wide range of readily available materials, with a particular focus on high-performance steel wires and bars, such as:

- phosphated high-carbon steel wire for springs;
- galvanized high-carbon steel wire for springs;
- pre-tempered wire ready for use;
- stainless steel wire for general use, available in various types, including AISI 204Cu, 304L, 316L, 430, and 321;
- stainless steel spring wire AISI 302;
- stainless steel bars AISI 304L and 316L.
