The warehouse structure consists of three carriages, each measuring 16 meters, with a load capacity of 200 tons. Each carriage is divided into four adjustable shelves, which can be customized to meet specific customer needs. Furthermore, the warehouse can support a total load of 800 tons and, if necessary, can be easily expanded by adding an additional carriage, increasing the capacity up to 1000 tons.

The warehouse is fully automated and integrated with Industry 4.0, which enables the operators to manage the Transport Documents (DDTs) directly from their tablet or device, requesting the opening of the lane for the item to be loaded or unloaded.

In addition, Demasteel also has a cantilever department capable of storing bars of different sizes and types. Designed to be motorized and made compactible, it can store up to 300 tons of material.
