Group Nirmal, a renowned manufacturer of top-quality steel wire, operates with an annual capacity of 180,000 metric tonnes and a turnover of 1,500 crores across five advanced manufacturing facilities. Its primary products include galvanized & ungalvanized steel wire, aluminum conductors, prestressed concrete wire, ribbed wires, welding electrodes and hot rolled steel products. The applications are numerous: transmission, power generation and distribution, security and protection, fencing, general engineering, and the automotive industry, among others.

The history
In 1971, Shri Ramautar Saraf embarked on a remarkable journey by founding a small wire drawing unit under Central Store Supplies (P) Ltd. In 1985, Nirmal Wires Pvt. Ltd was established, marking the beginning of galvanized steel wire production. Over time, the business expanded its offerings, venturing into welding electrodes and hot rolled products and introducing revolutionary products like Tricon® in 2003.
The year 2013 witnessed the inauguration of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Deulti, significantly boosting production capacity to 120,000 TPA by 2021. Today, under the leadership of the third generation - Mr. Varun Saraf, Mr. Prateek Saraf, Mr. Vidyut Saraf, and Mr. Parag Saraf – Group Nirmal has expanded its global footprint. With export relations spanning 40+ countries, the corporation now offers a diverse product range, encompassing galvanized and black steel wires, aluminum conductors, ribbed wires, welding electrodes, hot rolled steel products, Niznal™, PVC coated wires & fences, and Nirmal cables.
