Copper plated low and medium carbon cold rolled wire

SIAT Spa, member of the Pittini Group, is a specialist in the production of copper plated low and medium carbon cold rolled wire up to ø5 mm.

SIAT products comply with the following regulations:

- EN ISO 16120-2 C4D
- EN ISO 16120-2 C7D
- EN ISO 16120-2 C9D
- EN ISO 16120-2 C10D
- EN 10277-2.

The wire is manufactured by processing Pittini’s wire rods through cold rolling operations, and it is then electro chemically pickled in order to achieve fully adhering copper plating. SIAT’s copper wire is available in diameters ranging from 0.10 and 0.60 µm.

This particular solution is well suited for a number of applications such as car seat frames, welding wire baskets, hooks and hanging systems.
Copper wires can be shipped in a variety of solutions: in drums, in coils, and on stem-frames up to 1000 Kg.
