Electro-welded panels (Maplat® System)

Pittini Group manufactures tailored (uni and bidirectional, flat and/or shaped) electro-welded panels in order to industrialize and rationalize reinforcements for large surfaces.

This patented solution, called Maplat® System, makes on-site assembling and laying of reinforcements faster and cheaper. Manufactured from bars with a wide range of diameters, arranged at multiple distance in both directions according to the needs, this system is suitable for every application.

Electro-welded panels by Pittini Group are widely used in the manufacture of concrete bed foundations, reinforced concrete monolithic or lightened floors, cross walls, and bent joint for virtually any type of application, from tunnels to residential buildings.

The Maplat® System ensures several benefits, such as:
- simpler laying of reinforcement structures and faster on-site assembling;
- time and labour savings;
- precise laying: the armored reinforcements are always positioned according to design, significantly reducing errors.

Thanks to its many advantages, this system is extremely well suited for the rebuilding of areas hit by earthquakes, in particular for the reinforcements of beds and decks.
