Take a close look at Tecnofil's new automatic die reworking machine

Tecnofil organises guided tours in its headquarters in Gottolengo (Italy), to share the excellent features of the new automatic Die Reworking machine ADR4. Guests will have the chance to examine all the advantages, the performances and the operation efficiency of Tecnofil's solution, conceived to grant a perfect wire diameter.

In particular, ADR4 works with dies diameter 0,40 to 6,00 mm, granting a perfect geometry precision, with a very quick variation of the cylinder diameter and the cone angle.

The line is composed of:

• 20 pieces storage unit for dies to be reworked/rough dies
• Electronic control panel with PLC and touch screen to set working parameters
• Full automatic die transition along the working stations (cone grinding, cone polishing, cylinder calibrating)
• Full automatic control system to identify and discard non-conforming dies
• Automatic diamond paste feeding
• Switchboard
