We at Arcofil snc are specialized in the production of redrawn galvanized wire, in a diameter range from 1,80 mm up to 8 mm and we have been present on the market for more than 20 years. 
Our products are still manufactured in a handmade way, allowing us to obtain a specially bright and constant wire, that fully satisfies customer’s requirements. 

Doubtless it is of big relevance the importance that we give to the material selection and of course to the production process. As a matter of the fact, we perform several tests on the wire, in order to keep under control surface, diameter and tensile strength, attested by certificates of chemical and mechanical analysis: for this last one, in particular, we have a special machinery, yearly certificated, for the tensile strength proof.

Our wire is usually used for the production of folded products, hooks for display racks, car industry, metal packagings, hangers hooks, tools for bicycles.

Our strong points have always been: 

1. Extremely high zinc adherence even on the hardest folds;
2. Constant tensile strenght in order to allow productions on automatic machinery;
3. Bright and clean surface;
4. Direct relationship of the owners, who are actively present in the production plant, with customers and the ratio quality-price; 
5. Our wire is produced according to customer’s demand in terms of tensile strenght, tolerances, surface and other special requirements.
