A new automatic loader for rolling machines at Trafileria Piazza

Trafileria Piazza Guido e Figlio specializes in drawn wire production from low-carbon iron, cold forming steel, and various steel alloys, offering diameters from 4.4 mm to 20 mm. Once drawn, the material is straightened into bars, cut, and rolled independently for an efficient and reliable production process, characterized by high standards of precision and quality at every stage.

This is facilitated by a modern and technologically advanced machine shop, comprising 11 straightening and cutting machines (including 4 CNC-controlled) and 7 thread rolling machines for partial, double, or full threading of bars.

The company recently completed its automatic rolling line by adding an ORT-branded loader. With a capacity of up to 30 tons, this equipment enables a seamless production. This investment ensures quicker processing and deliveries for Trafileria Piazza!

Additionally, to enhance service, the company started stocking pre-hardened bars in its warehouse.
