Founded in 1964 in Italy, Trafileria Piazza Guido e Figlio Srl has evolved from a small workshop into a consolidated industrial organization. The company relocated to two warehouses to expand its range of drawn wire semi-finished products, serving various industries.

Recent investments and new production lines

To enhance efficiency and seize new opportunities, Trafileria Piazza Guido e Figlio has recently reorganized one of its production areas and the entire administrative office. This decision has allowed greater flexibility in responding to customer demands and exploring new subcontracting opportunities.

Additionally, the company upgraded its wire drawing line by installing a double-pass single-block drawing machine with a crossing system for producing wire with a smaller diameter, down to 2.5 mm.

Wire and steel bars: a comprehensive overview

Trafileria Piazza Guido e Figlio Srl offers a wide range of products in low-carbon steel and stainless steel, including:

- drawn wire, with diameters ranging from 4.4 mm to 20 mm, used across various industrial sectors;
- straightened and cut-to-length bars, produced with high precision using 11 straightening and cutting machines, 4 of which are CNC-controlled;
- threaded bars, including partially threaded bars (M5 to M42) and fully threaded bars (M6 to M42), as well as high-strength tie rods in classes 8.8 and 10.9, manufactured using 7 thread rolling machines with capacities up to 30 tons;
- U-bolts, custom-made to customer specifications, widely used in fastening applications.

Trafileria Piazza’s products are used in various sectors, including bed frames and safety nets, springs and screws, baskets and store displays, animal cages and plant holders, chains, and more. The company can quickly supply small quantities of wire and bars, ranging from 500 kg to 30 tons, with custom processing options. Deliveries are made using the company's own vehicles, ensuring punctuality and flexibility in service.
