Trafilerie Galli's specialty: bright, chromable, and soap-coated drawn wire

Trafilerie Galli has been operating in the field of wire drawing of low and medium carbon steel wires since its foundation in 1969. To date, their brand name has become increasingly well-known abroad, so much so that exports account for about 50% of the company's turnover.

The company can manufacture hard drawn wire in RP 1000 coils (with diameters from ø1.5 mm to ø2 mm) and strapped coils (with diameters from ø1.5 mm to ø4 mm), constantly monitored by special laser control systems to ensure uniformity.

More specifically, the company offers bright wire from ø1.5 mm to ø5 mm, which is particularly suitable for the production of nails, small metal parts, and items to be plastic-coated, galvanized, or painted. Chromable bright wire is also available (from ø1.0 mm to ø4 mm), produced with a surface lubricity of 0.09gr/m², against the market standard of 0.16gr/m². Finally, the company supplies soap-coated wire from ø1.8 mm to ø6 mm to be used as a semi-finished or finished product for small metal parts.
