TSP to issue its first Minibond: new modern and green production hub in the pipeline
Trafilerie San Paolo S.r.l, an Italy-based company with over half a century of experience in the cold drawing sector, has issued its first Minibond of €2 million, guaranteed by the European Investment Fund.
Thanks to this huge operation, the company, currently run by the Roda family, will continue the development of the new 40,000-square-meter production hub in Molteno (LC, Italy), moving over the entire production of the Group's three wire drawing mills - TSP, Meal, and Gerosa - by the end of 2023, which will help optimize activities and significantly reduce costs.
The new hub will feature many upcoming innovations, such as a new completely green pickling system, new annealing furnaces with reduced energy consumption, and sandblasting treatment for a shorter process time. Moreover, all lines will be robotic and computerized, ensuring a higher level of safety.
