The SAN GIOVANNI WIRE DRAWING FACTORIES SPA in fact have at their disposal an entire chain of production that allows them to produce wires from 0.15mm up to 16.00mm in diameter.

Within its structure, the company is provided with:

1. A CHEMICAL-MECHANICAL CENTRE OF ANALYSIS, allowing it to select the finest classes of material and assign them to the most appropriate end user.

2. A CHEMICAL DESMUTTING plant (i.e. for the removal of surface impurities and residues) that allows the raw materials to be prepared for manufacturing in the best possible way.

3. A HEAT TREATMENT (ANNEALING) DEPARTMENT made up of electric and natural gas ovens.

4. An IMMERSION MACHINE DEPARTMENT with drawplates for the production of wires from 0.15mm to 1.40mm in diameter.

5. A STRAIGHT-LINE MACHINE DEPARTMENT with drawplate machines from 2 to 8 steps for the production of wires of 1.40mm to 14.00mm in diameter.

6. A CYLINDER BLOCK DEPARTMENT for the production of diameters of up to 16.00mm.
