Hardened and tempered steel strip

Hardened and tempered steel strip from Waelzholz is used whenever hardness, homogeneity, elasticity, or spring tension are required. Martensitic steel strip, bainitic strip (pre-tempered), and SORBITEX® textured steel strip – each with their different microstructures – can be used in a wide range of high-stress applications. Hardened and tempered steel strip is used to manufacture saw blades, retractor springs for safety belts, or hedge trimmer blades, for example.
