The digitizing process
FZ database enables the setting of tube and bar cutting parameters (recipe generation with HMI interface), monitoring of processing, and, finally, consultation of aggregate data (e.g., job costing analysis).

The product sheet includes all the data related to the processed items: the number of processes on each item, the number of cut lengths per item separated by intervals (L < 500mm; 501 mm < L < 1000 mm; L > 1001 mm), the total number of cuts for each item in relation to the time required for processing.

CMC ITALIA's sawing machine discs are also subject to digital monitoring, employing entering all data within special sheets.

By aggregating product and disc data, CMC ITALIA can extrapolate results on processing times and production costs in real-time.
