Raajratna Italy Srl is thrilled to introduce a new range of shaped and profile wires, featuring extremely precise dimensional control. These semi-finished cold-rolled products complement the company’s established range and are designed to meet the needs of various industries. For example, they are sought after in filtration applications for the petrochemical, oil & gas, wastewater treatment, pulp & paper, food, and brewing industries, as well as in construction, architecture, and household appliances. Additionally, they are suitable for the automotive sector, other vehicles, the mining industry, and anti-slip wire solutions, providing a comprehensive and versatile offer.

Dimensional range and quality control

Raajratna Italy’s available dimensional range includes shaped and profile wires with:

- cross-section from 0.03 mm² to 250.00 mm²
- maximum width of 60.00 mm

At Raajratna Italy, quality is a top priority: during the cold rolling process, continuous dimensional checks are performed using contact and laser systems, while the final profile and measurements are verified with optical projectors and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines). Upon request, the company provides process reports, including histograms to document compliance with extremely tight tolerances, up to ±0.010 mm. The goal is to ensure uniformity and repeatability of technical characteristics, minimizing waste and optimizing downstream application performance. The production of a hot-rolled profile product lineup is also set to launch soon.

Shaped and profile wires are available annealed or hardened, and in various cross-sections, specifically:

• flat/rectangular wires: thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 16.00 mm and a maximum width of 60.00 mm, with the possibility of rounded or flat edges.
• square profiles: sizes from 1.18 mm to 12.00 mm per side, available with either rounded or flat edges.
• other geometries: triangular, oval, semi-round, hexagonal, teardrop, and diamond sections, with a maximum width of 15.00 mm.
• custom profiles: complex geometries can be produced based on customer drawings.

Packaging options

Raajratna Italy offers various packaging solutions.

- Coils: from 50 to 500 kg
- Spools: from 10 to 1000 kg (up to 4500 kg on metal spools)
- Bars: cut to lengths up to 6 meters
