The "firstborn” of the line: it has been developed from 2016. Rodacciai wanted to supply a product with excellent characteristics to meet the zero-defect requirements of today’s market. RodaFit® keeps evolving, exponentially raising performance and product features.

Roda Clean®
The experience gained in more than half a century of activity has allowed the creation of a product with a cleaner surface than the average. It is well known that drawing oil residues can hamper the handling and positioning of bars on machines. A cleaner surface means excellent profiles and a much better appearance.

Roda ExaFit®
Born from the need to have RodaFit®-level performance even on hexagonal profiles. Thanks to the corporate know-how, the company has managed to develop a range of stainless steel hexagonal bars from 24 mm up to 42 mm with a defect margin of 0.2%. Rodacciai can also prevent geometric imperfections and irregularities on the edges.

Roda Exafit Evo®
The latest addition to the Custom Line series. These are hexagonal bars in automatic or stainless steels, characterized by an almost total absence (0,2%) of: geometrical defects, edge defects, surface irregularities, short defects (tears, flaws, transversal cracks), bends.
Moreover, the end is perfectly within the tolerance, allowing the customer to machine it without having to head it first.
