Trafileria Mauri rewarded for its excellent results in 2022

On November 22, the newspaper La Provincia and the international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo organized a special event to celebrate and reward this year’s achievements of local outstanding companies.

During the evening, Trafileria Mauri received this important award, as it managed not only to keep its productivity constant over the year, but also to increase it in a difficult economic context such as the one we are going through. A work by the international wooden artisan Romeo Sozzi marked this moment, a wooden sculpture representing the silhouette of the mountain Resegone, which emphasizes the companies' connection and sense of belonging to the territory.

Founded in 1961 by Angelo Mauri and his sons, Trafileria Mauri has come a long way in these 60 years to become one of the most representative industries in its sector in Europe, as the foreign market absorbs 60% of production. The Italy-based company is a point of reference for more than 2,000 customers in Italy and around the world, with 70% of its production on drawn automatic steel, and 30% on construction and medium-alloyed steel. The excellent quality of the company’s products is confirmed by the prestigious UNI EN ISO 9001 certification.
