A new plant for fasteners focusing on bolts, screws, nuts and threaded bars has been commissioned. The capacity for fasteners is now 800mtpa and there are plans underway to triple the capacity. It is corrosion resistant and has a much longer life span than most other materials. The austenitic stainless steels are non magnetic and cannot be hardened by heat treatment. The most advanced sophisticated state-of-the-art machines employed for production and stringent quality controls ensures flawless quality and meets customer requirements. SPC analysis is used as a tool to supervise the ongoing process. Precise inspection and sorting machines ensure zero-defect products to customers.
