Renovation begins at Eurospecial's new facility

Eurospecial, an Italy-based tool manufacturer for the fasteners sector, has started renovating its newly acquired facility following the recent launch of its automatic turning division, Euroturning. Renovation works are underway, with Euroturning's relocation scheduled for next spring.

Innovations and technology at the new facility

The new 3,600 sqm facility is designed to enhance the operational efficiency of both Eurospecial and Euroturning. Key features include a 4.0-certified wastewater filtration system capable of handling 50,000 liters of emulsion and advanced water and dust management systems for machinery operations.

Sustainability at the forefront

The wastewater filtration system is a highly efficient solution aimed at minimizing water loss during production while maintaining optimal performance. Additionally, a photovoltaic system will be installed in 2027, along with a cooling tower with rainwater and condensation recovery system for reuse in oil processing.

Major and minor renovation works

The first phase involves replacing the roof - including asbestos removal - and installing 50 new window fixtures. Alongside these major upgrades, smaller masonry works and the construction of an office building are also planned.

Through this renovation, Eurospecial aims to optimize production, reduce processing times, expand its customer base, and increase output. For more details, feel free to contact the company through the references on its online stand.
