Metal tubes PVC coating

The pipe PVC coating department is fully automated and allows the metal pipe to be coated starting from bars over six metres in length, which are hot coated directly and then cut to the size required by the product.

Once the coated pipe has been obtained it can be bent, moulded and bored without limits and without encountering aesthetic problems. This operation is mainly used in the electrical sector: coating the pipe with a constant film thickness of 1.1 millimetres it is insulated from electric currents. Among the main uses: handlebars for electric mowing machines, handles for motor cleaners, handles for industrial vacuum and water jet cleaners, frames for electric panels, crossbars for luggage racks, internal structures for furniture units.
