Heroslam to introduce new tools and coatings at Fastener Fair France 2018

Heroslam will participate as exhibitor at Fastener Fair France 2018 in Paris presenting the new special range of thread rolling dies for several specific threading applications such as:

• Planetary thread rolling dies.
• New range of knurling and grooving dies.
• New range of cylindrical tools.
• Progressive roll-on thread rolling dies for rolling heat treated parts (10.9, 12.9, etc).
• Special flat and cylindrical thread rolling dies for aerospace fasteners.
• New range of flat dies for Mathread® and ojival fasteners.

Heroslam will also showcase the new generation of special coatings developed and made in-house to increases tool life when rolling parts after heat treatment, reducing machine preparations and changes and minimizing machine down time, which entails a significant reduction in manufacturing costs.
