Eurolls: brand new hard coating technology with MIG process

A new equipment for high thickness coating of hard material with Mig technology has been installed recently.
Different kind of hard coating can be done with different characteristic.

Main products: capstan and pulley for wire sector, rolls and wear parts, cutting tools.

Coating: High Cromium with W and V, different grade of Stellite, Lastifil from 40Hrc to 60Hrc, thickness up to 6mm.

Dimension up to 1200mm on diameter.

Eurolls perform with its own equipment heat treatment and machining process, final grinding and polishing.
