That's exactly what happened when a multinational company from Friuli requested 30 blades measuring 3200 mm. "Up until that point, we offered blades up to D.2200, but the size didn't scare us. On the contrary, we accepted the challenge," declared the owner, Marco Moreschi. The expertise gained over 30 years of activity allowed the company's team to design and create these blades, which are unique in Europe, entirely handcrafted by Moreschi’s experts, tooth by tooth.

However, the production of these record-breaking blades was just one of the challenges the Italy-based company had to face. Transportation was also an obstacle to overcome! Moreschi Srl is located in a valley called Valle di Scalve, surrounded by mountains., The roads to be traveled are narrow and surmounted by steep rock walls, which can prove problematic when transporting 30 blades over 3 meters in diameter! To successfully deliver the product, the blades were tilted to allow the vehicle to pass through the picturesque Via Mala Canyon, the most convenient route to reach the customer.
