New Invimec rolling mill for thin plates and strips

INVIMEC, Italian company specializing since more than 50 years in cold rolling and profiling solutions, is proud to present the new QR 65 high finishing rolling mill.

This rolling mill is suitable for cold rolling of plates and strips, specific for reducing material to extremely small thicknesses.

Gold, silver, precious metals, special alloys, copper, brass, aluminium, welding and brazing alloys are all materials that can be rolled by the new QR 65.

The machine is equipped with vertical regulation performed by means of electromechanical actuators, with brushless motors and drive, and a high-precision encoder.

The new rolling mill can be operate manually, semi-automatically and full automatically with repeatable and saveable production programs.
Furthermore it is equipped with a Siemens PLC to facilitate control of all parameters before and during the rolling process.
