Considering the current global market and economic scenario how prepared is Mikrotek?
Well, we have been seeing a good and growing demand for die products and machinery especially in India and US. In Europe we are able to sustain our market share in spite of challenges that are thrown in due to wars.
Towards this we are on a rapid expansion drive – we have already increased our capacity about two-fold. 
Today, Mikrotek is a company trusted world over for its transparency in dealings and in producing reliable quality precision drawing dies. I believe this has been the key to our success in spite of many challenges like war etc!

What are the main target sectors of your products? What is the health status of these industries to date?
Our main focus is Copper, Aluminium and steel sectors while we cater to every other material sector of the Wire and Cable Industry. We seek to reach any customer worldwide looking for wire drawing die products – be it dies of all types, die-making machines, consumables, training & consultancy and reconditioning of dies of any make – all under one roof!
We have established a reputation of being a very reliable partner be for our die products and in-house manufactured best in class die making machinery. As such we are a preferred supplier to reputed wire & cable companies across continents – growing consistently at over 25% for the past three years.

What was the best technical achievement in the last term or the most significant job order?
We have a strong R&D department in-house. Our team’s concentrated efforts in R&D led us to create the new ‘Solid Rock Technology’ in which diamonds are sintered combining nano-alloy metal powders. This allows for faster heat transfer of alloy metal powders and - at the same time - helps our dies retain size and geometry for a longer time. The combination of these features results in a much higher drawing speed and enhanced die performance! 
We are also working continuously in collaboration with our vendors and customers in developing newer materials for die products. Also developing new machines, upgrading existing machines to enhance the productivity of our esteemed customers.

How do you ensure the quality of your products? Which inspection and control systems do you use?
We use Lean Six Sigma, IoT, and Industry 4.0 extensively to deliver consistently high-quality products at optimum process costs. Our machines are also continuously upgraded with more automation for higher accuracy and shorter cycle times.

How important is customer service for a company like yours? What about the timing of order fulfilment?
We are proactively customer friendly; we believe that working with our customers from the beginning till the end of development stage can allow us to make continuous improvements and innovations according to our customer’s needs. We specialize in customizing our products as per the customer demands in different areas both in soft wire and hard wire segments.
Our product range includes PCD dies, natural diamond dies, synthetic single-crystal diamond dies, enamelling dies, bunching-stranding-compacting dies, tungsten carbide dies, tungsten carbide taper inserts, nano-dies, a complete range of extrusion dies and tools, as well as consumables and die making and inspection machines.
