Measuring pin sets

Measuring pins are a quick, efficient and economical way of calibrating die bores. The pins are made of tool steel and are hardened. They are specially treated under sub-zero temperatures and with a Hardness 58 to 62 HRC to retain the dimensions for a prolonged time. They are available in steps of 5, 10, 20, and 50 microns. These pins are packed in a durable special wooden box.

Apart from pin sets, pins in specific sizes are also supplied in loose condition. Size range is from 0.200mm to 20.000mm with a tolerance of ± 1 micron. The length of the pins is 40 mm for <3 mm and 50 mm for >3 mm.
