Natural diamond dies

Our diamonds undergo attentive selection processes to guarantee they are free from impurities such as veins, carbons or any other reticular dislocation related defects.

We only select diamonds of specific carats and sizes, so to obtain the desired geometry and finished diameter, always considering the numbers of subsequent refurbishments. NuovaT's sintering powder guarantees optimal performance during the stressing wire drawing processes.

NuovaT manufactures ø 0,050 mm dies for drawing red copper wire and tinned copper wire for single and multi-wire machines.

Controlled extension
Our natural diamond dies series from ø 0,250 mm to a ø 0,050 mm are supplied in controlled extension. This is because in this range not only it's important to match the exact diameter requirement, but also to measure the wire extension percentage.
