The wire drawing industry is about to change forever - Vassena to introduce yet another innovation

Since its foundation 60 years ago by the hand of Giuseppe Vassena, the company has always been a close partner for major wire producers, becoming a reference point in the drawing dies field. A long-time innovator, its trail of patents started with the SPE type, E type, and L type dies; and then continued with the VG402R pressure dies series and the VG402R.2 model that allows a better wire lubrication (up to 200%).
These are just some of the news introduced by the company, that have greatly contributed to the evolution in the field.

The latest innovation from Vassena, code name VBG402R.4, aims to drastically improve drawing performances with a level of lubrication never achieved before, all without overloading the die structure. The cost of this particular die - higher than traditional models - will be compensated by its high wear resistance, which will reduce the need to replace it during the production cycle.

Born from a simple - yet ingenious - idea, the VBG402R.4 is responding more than optimally to stress tests and is currently under patent: stay tuned for all the news.
