Second postponement for wire & Tube India

As reported by the wire/Tube China website, Messe Düsseldorf India has decided to reschedule wire India, Tube India, METEC India, and India Essen Welding & Cutting to September 2021 because of COVID-19. The decision was taken with all partners and key industry stakeholders after having carefully evaluated the situation.

This is the second postponement for the Indian leading event dedicated to the metal industry, originally slated for November 23 to 25, 2020 and later moved to March 2021, from 25 to 27.

“In the current situation regarding COVID-19 in India and worldwide,” states Thomas Schlitt, Managing Director, Messe Düsseldorf India, “we are working around undefined parameters which make event planning and logistics very difficult.”

The organizers claim that the new reconfiguration will ensure maximum participation, allowing visitors and exhibitors to plan their stay in India efficiently and safely.

The official new dates will be announced soon.
