wire & Tube Eurasia 2025: the industry returns to Istanbul

After a successful debut in 2023, wire & Tube Eurasia is set to return as a key international trade show for the wire, cable, tube, and steel industries. The second edition will take place at the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center in Istanbul from April 9 to 12, 2025, organized by Messe Düsseldorf in collaboration with Tüyap Exhibitions Group.

Initially launched as part of the Turkish trade fairs Wire Tech Istanbul and Tube & Steel Istanbul, wire & Tube Eurasia will run independently from 2025 on a biennial basis. This change expands Messe Düsseldorf’s trade fair network in Turkey and Asia, strengthening Türkiye’s position as a strategic bridge between Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

The 2023 premiere featured 210 exhibitors across an 8,000-square-meter exhibition space, drawing over 10,000 industry professionals. The 2025 edition is expected to feature a larger exhibitor base and increased international participation.

Strengthened collaboration and expectations for 2025

wire & Tube Eurasia 2025 will benefit from the expanded partnership between Türkiye’s leading fair organizer, Tüyap Exhibitions Group, and Messe Düsseldorf.

Originally launched in 2019, the fairs expanded internationally in 2023 with Messe Düsseldorf’s involvement. The 2025 edition is expected to feature around 400 companies and over 15,000 industry professionals, further establishing the event as a platform for global business in the wire and tube sectors.

The event will showcase the latest innovations in:

• wire and cable manufacturing
• tube, pipe, and steel processing
• raw materials and semi-finished products
• fasteners and fixing technologies
• machinery, tools, and plant equipment

In addition to the exhibition, attendees will have access to networking sessions, conferences, and B2B meetings.

wire & Tube Eurasia is supported by key industry associations, including:

• For wire Eurasia: IWMA (International Wire and Machinery Association), IWCEA (International Wire and Cable Machine Exhibitors Association), ACIMAF (Italian Wire Machinery Manufacturer Association).
• For Tube Eurasia: ITA (International Tube Association), ÇEBİD (Turkish Steel Pipe Manufacturers Association), ÇİB (Steel Exporters' Association), and other major steel-related organizations.

İlhan Ersözlü, General Manager of Tüyap Fairs Production Inc., highlighted the fair’s role: “We aim to maximize our country's potential in the pipes, profiles, steel, wire and cable industries [...] As global players and mid-sized companies have the chance to introduce themselves to the Turkish market, our local companies will have the chance to expand their reach internationally.”

Messe Düsseldorf GmbH’s Executive Director, Bernd Jablonowski, emphasized Türkiye’s strong market potential in construction and energy. He stated, “We believe in Türkiye’s role as a dynamic industrial hub and are excited to collaborate with Tüyap Fair Organization Group to build on the success of wire & Tube Eurasia in 2025.”
