The i300 machine series has been designed for fast and accurate visual inspection of fasteners for the automotive sector.

Thanks to the modular design, the machine can be equipped with additional inspection modules. Furthermore, the granite base reduces vibrations caused by the operation of other machinery, providing greater robustness and stability. The machine features an external enclosure for improved visibility and operator access. Ergonomics are ensured by large doors with safety switches on each side of the machine, facilitating piece change and maintenance, as well as by the operator panel that can be positioned in any direction.

The user-friendly touch screen control allows for easy and intuitive visualization of all parameters. The management of support equipment (table rotation, unit synchronization, piece loading and unloading) is controlled via PLC. The machines also feature an integrated CPK function for automatic table unlocking, minimizing the need for operator intervention.
