The blades are made from special steels sourced from certified suppliers. The company pays close attention to selecting the correct steel and the best heat treatment cycle to ensure the best compromise between wear resistance and performance. Parameters and characteristics of circular blades for cutting and slitting lines

When it comes to cutting blades, the most important parameters to consider are cutting and wear resistance, toughness, and limited tolerances on parallelism, thickness, and flatness. To best meet these requirements, Eurolls SpA produces circular blades in forged alloy tool steels and tungsten carbide, which undergo heat treatments to improve performance and durability. Additionally, Eurolls SpA produces circular blades with special finishes with an outer diameter of up to 600 mm and lapped circular blades with an outer diameter of up to 420 mm.

Separator discs and spacers

Eurolls produces separator discs designed to withstand wear and lateral forces, offering a range of polished or coated finishes. These components are essential for ensuring proper separation of strips after cutting and recoiling, while also reducing noise resulting from friction between the strips. Typically made of steel, they are also available in alternative materials for special applications.
Spacers have thickness ranging from 0.6 mm to 150 mm and undergo heat treatment to ensure precision and speed, meeting or even exceeding the industry's most demanding tolerances, particularly corrosion resistance (+/- 0.001).

Rubberized spacers 

Eurolls produces rubberized spacers in alloy steel or stainless steel, designed to offer high corrosion resistance and suitable for various metal cutting applications. Available in a range of colors to distinguish "male and female" diameters, these products are made with tempered steels and steels coated with different types of vulcanized rubber depending on the intended use, characterized by a hardness ranging from 60 to 90 shores and a thickness tolerance of "+/- 0.001".
