Hydraulic nuts with floating thrust ring and accessories

Emmebi manufactures hydraulic nuts designed according to the specifications of the slitter shafts and to the dimensions of the cutting equipment. The products of the Italy-based company can be installed both on new systems and on older systems equipped with traditional gear.

Hydraulic nuts are fundamental for perfectly flat clamping thanks to their floating thrust ring. Compared to traditional mechanical nuts, which could be responsible for excessive flickering on the cutting composition, the hydraulic counterparts guarantee homogeneous clamping. Emmebi’s nuts need to be tightened with the proprietary hydraulic pump (equipped with a pressure gauge and a tap for pressure relief), which guarantees maximum precision up to 400 Bar of pressure.

Emmebi's technical staff will make all the necessary inspections to detect the dimensions of the thread and of the floating thrust ring before manufacturing the ring nut.
